Steve Miller

Steve Miller, CRE Hitman, Negotiator, and Client Protector; he’s the Managing Partner and founder of SiteLink International LLC and recently Stealthy Force, a Society of Killer Negotiators using developmental negotiating methods for securing contract concessions for its clients. 

Author of Confessions of a Corporate Real Estate Hitman, Killer Negotiating in Business and Life, Creating my Unfair Advantage, which lays out the genesis of the new developmental negotiating methods he discovered, the Tricks, Hacks, Hammers, and Cheats, he created to implement them; and takes the reader on a ride through the life, deals, negotiations, friendly fire, and ultimate outcomes.  The skills are deadly and they’re not for the faint of heart.  Available on Amazon.  


Sampath Kondam is a Partner in SiteLink International, a member of its Executive Committee, and its Executive Director, Advanced Technology.  Sam has over 12 years of experience in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of Object Oriented, Web-based, Distributed applications. Sam also has been involved in UNIX System Administration and Network Administration.  He also developed automated test tools for Testing and evaluating the performance of Switching Software.   Sam has significant experience as consultant/representative for international markets and offshore outsourcing.  His background includes design and development of mission critical Internet applications for TRAFFIQ, E*TRADE, Fiserv, First Data, Tanning Technologies, Advertising.Com, and Florida Power & Light

Sam holds Masters in Computer Applications (University College, Kakatiya University, Warangal, A.P, INDIA) and Bachelors in Electronics (Kakatiya University, Warangal, A.P, INDIA).


Greg Coleman is a Partner in SiteLink International and a member of its Executive Committee.  Greg has more than 30 years of diversified real estate experience in executive level positions in office and retail leasing and property management.  Greg opened Spectrum, Inc. in 1982 representing corporate clients and over the next fifteen years he acquired or merged with seven other local, regional and national real estate companies to form American Spectrum handling more than 7 million square feet of commercial space.  In 2000, he acquired Coldwell Banker Moore Commercial Company to form Coldwell Banker RESI with 16 offices nationwide.
 
Greg has served as President of the Northern Colorado Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 1987, and was selected as its “Manager of the Year” in 1990. He now sits on numerous national IREM committees including Membership Standards and the Ethics and Discipline Appeals Board.
 
In addition to management and brokerage, Greg was elected President of the 1,200 member Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and awarded the prestigious Realtor of the Year Award in 1998 and was recognized in “Who’s Who in Denver Real Estate”.  He also has extensive experience in real estate foreclosures, and has acted as court-appointed receiver on more than 80 real estate projects.
 
A native of Colorado, Greg graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Real Estate. He is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and Certified Property Manager (CPM). Greg is currently active in ICSC.
